I was very excited to be joined by Matthew Johnson, Executive Director of Industrial Investments for Kingsett Capital. Founded in 2002, Kingsett is a private equity real estate investment firm which has raised over $12 billion since inception. They have a diversified portfolio, but the asset class we talk about on this channel is industrial real estate, and they are a major player in that space.
