He and his wife Brigitta are the owners of Brigitta’s Hungarian Restaurant in Kilgore, Texas, y’all. Michael shares all about his and Brigitta’s Hungarian heritages, he tells us about all of their family and life experiences both in the US and in Hungary, and how their family journey finally led them to Kilgore, Texas where they now make authentic Hungarian food in their restaurant, Birgitta’s Hungarian Restaurant.
