In this episode, Ronnie introduces James, a Simple Quarters acquisitions manager. James is sometimes the person who goes to the properties to meet the home sellers face-to-face.
Ronnie and James talk about the importance of knowing who actually comes to see your property. Many companies will send multiple people, sometimes multiple times. It can cause a lot of stress and chaos, and you may not know who is there for what digging into your personal property.
