Remember:
A brand is a product, service or concept that is publicly distinguished from other products, services or concepts so that it can be easily communicated and marketed. A brand is how a company differentiates itself from your brand.
Branding is the process of creating and disseminating the brand name, its qualities and personality. It's the feel a product or service gives you without having the product in your hand. And it's not your logo.
