In the second half of this two part episode Kyle Therrien talks about how his aspirational dreams of the music industry changed, and how those changes led to him starting his own business, Railroad Park Recording Company. Kyle's new dream of starting his own business has had its challenges however he was able to learn from the mistakes of others, as well as using his own experience within the music industry as guiding principles of what fellow artists need when it comes to a recording studio. In this episode Kyle talks about the importance of business operations, creating multiple revenue streams, knowing when and how to scale properly, how technology affects the music industry and the jobs within it, why the post post-production world is the new frontier, and how Railroad Park is more than a recording studio but rather, a music based lifestyle brand. And it all started with an old trailer.
