067. An End-of-the-Year Reflection for Choir Directors

How did the end of your school year/performance calendar go? I don't know about you, I'm ready for a bit of a breather! It was a sprint to the finish, with many, many irons in the fire (as usual). There were Senior pranks gone wrong, a massive internet outage, and more, but we made it!
Now that grades have been submitted and things are stored for the summer, I find myself reflecting on the year. While we might be tempted to totally leave work behind, now is the PERFECT time to reflect on how things went this past year, while everything is still fresh in our minds.
In Episode #67 of the podcast I share with you five questions of reflection for choir directors at the end of the year. These questions will help you to put the past year in perspective, and also get you brainstorming about what you want your choir program to look like one, three, five, and even ten years down the road.
