That means all day, every day, weekends, holidays . . .your services need to be at the ready to handle your client’s needs.

PRN Staffing Services is a “human-run organization”. And by Melissa’s standards that means they talk to their clients. They work with them on a personal level to make sure they are getting all that they need to be successful. When you call, you get a human being on the phone.

That isn’t to say Melissa doesn’t use technology. Sure, she does, it makes things easier for her staff and her clients to have technology to automate certain aspects of the business like scheduling, time cards, and billing. But they will still pick up the phone when you call. That is a service value differentiation Melissa sees never going away. She wants to keep the human element as a part of taking care of the people that take care of patients in need. And that is the point, take care of your people.

Melissa has a standard rule for how she deals with clients and her staff; 50 / 50. That means she spends 50% of her time taking care of her staff and the other 50% making sure her clients have what they need and are being taken care of in the right way. PRN Staffing Services is a “no drama” agency. The standards in lace for hiring the right people are simple: Be Disciplined. Be Respectful. Do the Job You Were Trained to Do. Melissa says you are only as good as what surrounds you. So, she takes the time to surround herself with quality people. This philosophy has served PRN Staffing Services well over the years as a number of staff members joined the team based on the referral from other staff members. That says a lot about Melissa, and they culture she’s established at PRN Staffing Services.
