This week we're heading to Ambar DC to explore the rich, savory food of the Balkan Peninsula by trying a little bit of everything. I love an unlimited brunch menu. I'm also joined by Alexandria "Guz" Guzman, a passionate civil and human rights advocate in the District, who is sharing her non traditional career path with us. Prior to public service she worked in outreach for power-based violence in a university setting and non-profit operations while simultaneously working in the District's upscale hospitality scene.
