She is a certified Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach. Sandy’s approach to coaching is holistic, encompassing a hybrid mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, life coaching, NLP, intuition, creativity, and Non-Violent Communication.

Her work has been published in many publications including Mind Body Green, Psychology Today, The Good Men Project, the Chicago Tribune, and Your Tango, and she’s been featured on air for a special dating segment on The Daily Buzz.
