As a course creator, you might want to offer a refund policy for your online course to boost sales, but you worry that you will get a lot of refund requests and lose money.
Moreover, it makes you doubt yourself - do the students hate my course therefore they are requesting a refund? Should I just not offer a refund policy at all?
