Tobin is an entrepreneur who understands the importance of effective communication and networking. In the early stages of his career, he compared his struggle to driving a car stuck in 4th gear in a parking lot. With the realization that conversations and connections were the key to breaking free, Tobin mastered the art of approaching and engaging with the right people.
