Thought work has become a huge part of our daily lives over the last year or so and we wanted to take this opportunity to talk a little bit about how your thoughts create your feelings which cause an action which give you a result leading to your beliefs. It's an endless circle and we go into all of it! Let's say you understand this cycle and now it's time to actually process through some of those feelings you're having. It's a difficult thing to do, pause and take time to really understand what you're feeling and why. Hopefully what we are talking about hits home for some of you!
