This finance executive was promoted three times at a global IT company, managing teams up to 120 people in Europe, Middle East and Africa over the course of 10 years. The leader was praised for high employee satisfaction scores and team spiritedness. On the personal life front,the executive managed to write a science fiction book while also caring for young and growing children and looking after aging parents.
