Regional growth is putting significant pressure on the Central New York Housing Market. How do we prepare for continued growth and ensure that the housing market doesn’t create economic challenges for the region?

On this episode, we are joined by Dave Mankiewicz, Senior Vice President for Research, Policy and Planning for CenterState CEO, who will help us unpack this big question. David has 45 years of experience at CenterState CEO addressing issues involving economic development, center city revitalization, community improvement and comprehensive planning. He has worked extensively with small business district revitalization, anchor districts, and special assessment districts. He is a member of the board of directors of the Syracuse Economic Development Corporation, the City of Syracuse’s vehicle for small business financing. Dave is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University where he received a Master of City and Regional Planning degree and St. Lawrence University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in government.
