This is an edited version of a Dhamma session held via zoom on "DEVELOPING IMMEASURABLE LOVING KINDNESS", based on the Buddha's teaching in the Karaṇīyametta Sutta (Snp 1.8), emphasising the supramundane practice that leads to the fruit of non-return.
