On this episode, Tim and Scotty discuss the most recent roster moves and how they effect the Wind Surge organization, the team, and the individual players, themselves. Why do some players move through the system faster, and why do players who are definitely capable of moving on to the next level seem to stick around? While the MLB uses the MiLB as a testing site for new rules, they are also testing different baseballs? How has the pitch clock effected the pitchers moving into the "big leagues," and how have the base runners taken advantage of said pitch clock?
