Ashleigh Abney is a Certified Jay Shetty Empowerment Coach, former athlete, children's book author, and a devoted mother of two who spent over 15 years in the corporate world. However, a pivotal moment in her life prompted her to seek happiness and her true calling. This led her on a profound healing journey of self-discovery and reconnection.
