Note from Neil: Sukanya, a couple of comments for accuracy. In the conversation, the number I quoted for the population of Ulverston was too high. LA12 is a big area, and of course if responding to a major incident, we have to include visitors, contractors, vehicles on the A590, Hotel & Air B&B occupants etc, so it very much depends on what you're wanting the number for, but the resident population is much smaller than what I stated.
