In this episode we recorded in the Aalto studio in the Aalto University's Otaniemi campus with Prof. Sean Barry visiting us from Carleton University in Canada. We are discussing about synthesis of new ALD precursors and the chemistry of the deposition with those precursors. In particular we focus on the deposition of Gold by ALD with the precursor developed in Barry's group.
