Many patients present significant anatomical challenges after preceding surgeries (e.g. bariatric surgery) that may make subsequent "standard" treatments difficult if not impossible. These situations require prudence, creativity and skills. The goal of this session is to objectively discuss appropriate steps to select in such patients the best options for safe and successful management. It will further delineate criteria when to continue managing them locally as opposed to referring them to expert centers.
