They tell me all about the recording process for their new album 'Never Exhale,' which they recorded while on the road with IDLES, and why it's important to them to write about politics from a detailed personal angle.

DITZ, a band that hasn't stopped for a breath since forming in 2015, is a post punk outfit from Brighton who formed in 2015 after seeing a METZ and Lightning Bolt gig at Concorde 2. Shortly after completing their first headlining tour in 2020, the band recorded and released their debut album 'The Great Regression,' in the aftermath of the pandemic. Their new album 'Never Exhale,' is out everywhere on January 24.
