For example, a “can-do” attitude often leads to action, persistence, and success, while a negative mindset may lead to avoidance and stagnation. 2. Shapes Your Perception • How you view obstacles depends on your mindset. A fixed mindset sees failure as the end, whereas a growth mindset sees it as an opportunity to learn and improve. 3.
