It's true our kids are watching us, looking for an example to follow, whether consciously or unconsciously. So it's important we do what we say, live what we preach. We may catch ourselves not completely aligning to what we say or truly want. What then? We can feel estranged from our ideals when they seem so far away. But what I'm asking is for you to shift your focus from perfection to integrity. That means answering the question, what can I do about it now? How can I get on the path I want to be on? How can I keep my integrity? Diana, mom of 3, and I talk about the different ways this plays out in daily parent life.
