Fear is the emotion that holds us back, it is paralyzing and keeps us stuck in our comfort zone. Even if we’re unhappy in our relationships, in our work, in our pain at least it’s familiar, right?
Fear requires us to be brave, to take action, and step into the abyss and the unknown. In this episode I explore the connection between pregnancy, childbirth, and ayahuasca, how to identify where fear is stored in the body, and most importantly how to master and befriend your fear so that you can purposefully create a life that you love.
