Breathing is such a fundamental aspect of our lives, and it plays a crucial role in our Pilates practice as well. In this episode, we explore the physiology of breathing, how it affects our energy levels, and the mechanics of breathing during movement. We also discuss the importance of breath in facilitating the connection of our deep core muscles.

I believe that movement is one of the key factors in teaching people to breathe better. By incorporating movement into our practice, we can improve our breath and enhance our overall well-being. I share my insights on how to approach breath in Pilates and offer tips on when to focus on breath during exercises.
