Fail To Plan- Plan To Fail- 4th Quarter Strategies For Success | Ashlee & Tiffany
Manage episode 407491886 series 3561167
Saying goodbye to summer isn’t all bad! In this episode of Realestatable, Tiffany and Ashlee go over all the things they do to pump up their 4th quarter and gear up for next year. Listen in to hear how they stay top-of-mind with their clients going into the holidays and get organized for the year to come. Let’s make this the best quarter of the year!
Continuing Education (CE)
Don’t leave your CE until the last second! Tiffany and Ashlee have both experienced this and it makes for a stressful holiday season.
Tiffany and Ashlee both recommend attending conferences if you can. They are great opportunities to complete your CE and meet people in the industry.
Business Planning
Tiffany recommends getting business planning started as early as October. Don’t wait until December to make that plan!
Starting early gives you a buffer going into the holidays. If you’re busy during November and December, get ahead of the game.
Go Through Your CRM
Even if you already do “spring cleaning”, check in with everyone on your list so you can stay top-of-mind.
If you’re not sure what your prospects’ addresses are, let them know you’d like to send them a card for the holidays. They’ll send you their address – don’t forget to send them a card with your marketing materials!
4th Quarter Popbys
Heading into October, think about creating a Halloween-themed popby. Later in the year, send out holiday cards or letters (or go the extra mile and send out something special like an ornament)!
Tiffany and Ashlee recommend using http://karentology.com to create unique, beautiful packaging.
“Through the 4th quarter, we really wrap up the year with a bang, every year. It’s never a drop-off, it’s never a dead season for us, some years it’s been our best quarter yet.” – Tiffany Klusacek
“In that October timeframe, I’m trying to see who’s buying or selling in the next six months. I’m trying to plan ahead of time, reaching out to those people, making sure that I’m staying top-of-mind with them so that they don’t forget about me when it comes time to buy or sell.” – Ashlee Jankovich
