The “Sensitive Areas” part of SB2 had an injunction issued, so CCW holders will still be able to carry as before come January 1, 2024. The increased training portion of SB2 is still in effect, so in 2024, first time CCW applicants will need to complete a 16 hour training course and renewals will require and 8 hour course.
