In 2005-2006, the real estate business seemed relatively easier, but the market shifted, forcing businesses to adapt or fail. Eric Lowry, team lead for the Lowry Team at EXP Realty, dove back in, rolled up his sleeves, and worked hard to save his business. Recognizing the growing need for assistance in short sales and foreclosure prevention, Eric mastered these areas and turned his focus on helping those in financial distress. His dedication to clients and persistent work ethic not only saved his business but also led to remarkable success, including multiple awards and team growth.
