He’s now changing the agreement, so she’s suing for the amount he still owes. The defendant admits he said he’d chip in but explained he would not be able to pay in one lump sum. He’s countersuing for the $100 he already paid.
Plus, the plaintiff says her beloved dog was attacked by the defendant’s canine, so she is suing for vet bills. The defendant insists he and other people in the neighborhood have had issues with the plaintiff’s dog. The defendant claims the plaintiff’s dog went onto his property, and he is not responsible for her dog’s misbehavior.
