In this week's episode of Learning As I Go, Scott talks to childhood friend and business partner Eden Thomas, with whom he co-founded lifestyle brand Food4Thoughts which focuses on a holistic approach to people’s self-development/wellbeing. Eden shares how his traumatic three and half year journey to recovery from leukaemia taught him that he could achieve whatever goal he set his mind to.

You’ll hear him discuss how he felt his life lose all meaning in the early stages of his chemotherapy and the stages he went through to rediscover what life meant to him, culminating in a long and tiresome battle to earn a pilot’s license with British Airways. Eden and Scott talk about the importance of self-belief and determination, and how overcoming their own struggles led them to build a company that could help people achieve their own goals and give them the tools to chase their dreams.
