Following diagnosis with depression and repeated suicide attempts, Clarke Carlisle is now maintaining his wellness, alongside his wife Carrie, is a passionate speaker to the corporate world and beyond with regards to Mental Health experiences and support systems.
I would go as far as to say that Clarke is one of the most eloquent and impactive mental health speakers I have ever heard.
In this very special conversation, Clarke and I will be talking all things football, racism, and mental health. I will also be asking Clarke how I can be a better ally to the anti-racism mission.
We can never truly create a mentally healthy society when racism is rife.
