In this episode I am joined by a 24 year-old Muslim woman who shares her incredible story about how she healed her pelvic pain. She discusses the many treatment methods she tried, including both eastern and western modalities, in addition to the therapeutic effects that mind-body healing modalities hard for her, all of which she reflects on throughout the episode. She also shares the cultural biases that many practitioners had and how that got in the way of her healing process, but also how she overcame that. This was such an eye-opening episode!
