Ben is a 23 year old insurance agent based out of the Seattle, Washington area. As a recent graduate of Oregon State, Ben was recruited by the Partners Group to work in insurance. Ben loves the ability he has to take an industry that can be commoditized by the media and to truly provided an advisor based approach to his customers. In this episode, we discuss the HUGE advantage of residual income. We also talk about how this industry will require patience for young people joining this industry to truly be successful. Lastly, we discuss how important it is to find an organization that will train you to be successful in the long run and who values education based selling.
