Aquila Forensics Director, Daniel Miles is joined for our inaugural podcast by David Richards who has over 40 years' experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Arbitrator. He has been a member of Council of the Society of Construction Law and is a past chairman of the (UK) Southern Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
David is widely experienced in UK and international engineering and construction claim and dispute resolution. He has been appointed as arbitrator on approximately seventy occasions and adjudicator on thirty-five occasions and has, on many occasions, given expert opinion evidence in the area of delay and disruption assessment and cost evaluation, his main area of occupation. He has also been appointed member of Dispute Resolution Boards and has undertaken expert determinations.
