Today the show was hosted by the one and only Jeff Risdon from Lions Wire and Draft Wire. Throughout the show, Jeff was joined by some of our great guests to talk about our Detroit Lions, the start of the College Football season, and more. Throughout the first hour, Jeff talked all about the cuts that the Lions had to make this week, told us about some of the players that weren't cut, talked about what he thinks about this 53 man roster, and much more. Jeff kicked off the second hour talking about Michigan playing Fresno State this weekend as Jim Brandstatter joined us. Jeff and Jim talked about the current Michigan roster and gave their opinions on how this team looks heading into the season, they talked about the QB situation, and we also got Jim's thought's on the Lions. We were then joined by Jeremy Reisman from Pride of Detroit to talk more Lions. Jeremy told us what he heard from Brad Holmes this morning at his press conference, talked about expectations for winning a Super Bowl, gave their thoughts on Hooker being QB #2, and more. We talked more about our Detroit Lions in our final hour as we were joined by Scott Bischoff from the Detroit Lions Podcast joined us. Scott and Jeff talked about the roster cuts that were made this week and talked about which players surprised them, they gave their thoughts on Nate Sudfeld being cut, talked about players on the practice squad that could potentially move up, and more. We wrapped up the show with Buck Geno and Huge giving their thoughts on which High School Football teams will make it to the State Championships at Ford Field this season.
