No, real estate isn’t perfect. No investment strategy is. But a smart investor with a careful strategy can make good money on what is arguable one of the safer places to put your money.

Whitney Nicely built her portfolio from her first $1500 purchase to her current 1.5 million dollar portfolio. In the real estate world that’s doesn’t mean she’s throwing money out the windows of her helicopter. It means she’s making a solid respectable living doing something the every one of our listeners could decide to do today.
