In this week's podcast - the only podcast to cover exclusively club rugby in Scotland - Stuart is joined by Dale Clancy to look at the matches from last weekend and preview this weekend's fixtures which include the Inter-District Championship Round 3 with Caledonia Reds v The South and Glasgow & The West v Edinburgh, plus it's quarter finals stage of the National League Cup.
We hear from South Head Coach Matty Douglas in the programme.
