Behind the "Mask of the Red Death" (p2) is a very angry woman. The out-of-time Ryan Wilder decides to punish Central City by donning out justice in her own way. With her Rogues, she takes over the police station. Then she broadcasts sentinels around the world using the powers of Grodd, who she has convinced to help her. Barry and his new team go to rescue Mark, but it turns out to be a trap and Red Death takes away the rest of his speed.
