Joe discusses how the idea of a Cider Bar came about.
Brandon, the head cider maker, feels comfortable being back in Utah as he recently moved from Colorado.
We discuss the space where Second Summit is located. From pickle ball to plenty of parking space. Second Summit Cider will be the first of its kind to the City of Millcreek. Whether it's a brewery, cider bar, distillery and business' of that nature.
We discuss the process of a cider and taste two batches of what will be part of the core four Joe and company will offer.
