His educational journey also includes a Diploma in International Contract Negotiation, Drafting & Enforcement.With over four decades of industry experience, He has a rich background that encompasses roles as a Research Chemist and Company Secretary in a Swiss-based listed MNC, "Clariant," located in Mumbai. Since 2015, he has been practicing as a Company Secretary and Environmentalist in Mumbai, contributing his expertise to the field. Moreover, his passion for education has led him to become a Visiting Faculty member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and SkillArbitrage (LawSikho), where he imparts knowledge on Corporate Governance & ESG to aspiring Independent Directors.
