September 10 marks World Suicide Prevention Day and my guest in the 'Redirection Seat' one of the most amazing people I know Lashawndla Bailey-Miller. It's interesting how some of the hardest working, compassionate, giving, never complaining people are the ones who suffer in silence the most.
Her customers will tell you about her awesome service and willingness to surpass expectations but many may not know the struggles and the fight to silence the loud voice that says "give up." Many will not know that it was her entrepreneurship journey that saves her life and allows her to INZZPIRE others.
