JR Motorsports Crew Chief of the No. 8 car, Taylor Moyer, joins Jason Schultz and Andrew Kurland to tell his story about rising through NASCAR's ranks to climb on top of the pit box. Moyer walks us through how he started working at Hendrick Motorsports, the various jobs he held and learning from the best of the best, including Chad Knaus and Steve Letarte.
