We have such an awareness to the point where we understand that everything is a decision rather than living off instinct like most animals. These “regrets” will even find themselves taking over hours and days of our times where we wish it would’ve been different even immediately after a situation. Now look back at those moments and instead ask yourself, what caused the regret in the first place? A lot of the causes can be simplified in one word definitions.
