Dennis is a seasoned real estate investment expert with a rich professional history within the industry. Starting out as a housing market analyst right out of college, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder, with notable stints at prominent companies like Lennar and Toll Brothers, culminating in a CEO position. Despite his success, Dennis realized that true freedom and control came from utilizing his skills for his own benefit rather than others'. This led him to leave his position and launch his own investment firm. Among the three investment firms he has since established, the primary one, Sentinel Net Lease, focuses on bringing Wall Street-level opportunities to mainstream investors in commercial real estate.
