Today we have Erin from the appropriately named "Erin Eats" YouTube channel! Her channel blends mukbang, music reviews, and sometimes ASMR seamlessly to create a unique experience. She was previously in college radio and what started as an inside joke with friends led to her creating her channel and the rest is history. She goes over her process, why some people take her videos so seriously, and answers once and for all what significance (if any) the type of food has on the review! Erin is a delight and very funny!
