🇭🇺 HU: Reggeli agymenésem a mentális egészségről. Ez most kicsit strukturálatlan lesz, mert csak hagytam, hogy folyjon belőlem a szó, és direkt nem szerkesztettem a szöveget. Az volt a célom, hogy őszinte és tiszta legyen. Ebből viszont az is következett, hogy túl sokat időztem a mentális egészséggel kapcsolatos nehézségeknél, túl sokat általánosítottam, és nem maradt idő a megoldásokra és a pozitív gondolkodásra. De remélem, ettől függetlenül érdekes lesz ez az epizód, kíváncsi vagyok, mit gondolsz, milyen így a podcast, hogy nem volt egy előre megírt, tudatosan szerkesztett szöveg előttem. Úgy gondolom, mindenki megérdemli, hogy jól érezze magát a bőrében.
