About Dr. Gelerie Stenbakken: Gelerie is an anesthesiologist who has achieved financial freedom through real estate investing. She and her husband Erik have been real estate investors since 2010 and have a portfolio of single-family homes that are primarily vacation rentals which they currently self-manage. Because of her secondary rental income, she has been practicing part-time and will be going per diem in 2024 for no calls, no weekends, and time flexibility.
