Hello! My name is Dr. Erika Mateus. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Ph.D. Of Quantum Physics and Integrative Medicine, a certified coach, speaker and trainer in leadership and personal growth, a mindfulness meditation teacher, and a Reiki healing master. I was born and raised in Colombia, and in 2001 I decided to come to the US and pursue my career and dreams. After leaving my hometown and traveling around the world, I decided to share my story and help equip others to become the best version of themselves and learn how to live a more fulfilled life.
My goal is to educate as many people as possible and provide them with the tools they need to succeed and become the best version of themselves. I believe in people and know that change is possible. I am empowered to create global awareness about personal transformation and the power of believing because, like many, I did not believe in myself at some point in my life.
I learned many things throughout my process, unlearned many others, and discovered different ways to make things work. I also realized that every dream we have is possible to achieve as long as we believe in ourselves and trust in the process. I also learned that our motivation must be greater than our limitations. And most importantly, our mindset needs to be in alignment with what we need to defeat all the obstacles in front of us.
I understand that changing, growing, and expanding is not an easy process. However, I know it is possible because I lived it, and I still do.
