Welcome to Out Think the Elections, a podcast produced by Out Think Media. This series will give families the historical and cultural context to spark meaningful dialogues around the 2024 US elections and beyond.
The rest of the year is sure to be a contentious one for our country. My expert guests and I will start our series by examining origin stories and the role that stories play in history lessons. In September you'll hear from media professionals on the history of campaign ads and the media's framing of elections.
The second half focuses on emotional language and dialogues to spark with your kids about the issues on the ballot and how their favorite streamers might be influencing them - for good or bad.
