In this episode of ophrequencies, I discuss how our energy converts to a currency in our day-to-day lives. How easy and unconsciously we let ourselves dwell in the shadows instead of focusing our energies on the abundance of things and experiences that we have available to us; if only we could BE the change that we wished to see.
